Kristen F. Kerns

Kristen Frizzell Kerns is an associate with the firm. Ms. Kerns background includes civil litigation with an emphasis in real property related cases, insurance defense, and civil appellate practice, as well as real estate and business transactional work. 

Though originally from the California North Bay, Ms. Kerns received her Juris Doctorate from Arizona State University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in English and Bachelor of Science in Political Science (both cum laude) from Arizona State University.  Ms. Kerns was admitted to the California Bar in 2002, and is licensed to practice before all courts in the State of California.  Ms. Kerns teaches Introduction to Legal Research and Writing at Empire College of Law.

Ms. Kerns is a member of the American, California, and, Sonoma County Bar Associations. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Sonoma County Bar Association, and is active on that organization’s Events Committee.  She is also a member of Sonoma County Women in Law, and former member of Redwood Empire Active 20-30 Club.
